– JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Verify purchase/sales invoices, GRNs, and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and perform ledger reconciliation.
- Record bank transactions and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Assist with GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounting records, vouchers, inventory, and fixed asset records.
- Support monthly account closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Provide supporting documents for statutory and internal audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.




- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications-

- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Manufacturing or import-export industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of bank entries and routine accounting procedures.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
