Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing new designs, concepts, and samples as per brand requirements.
- Work on embroidery development, including motifs, placements, techniques, and sampling.
- Assist in print development, including artwork, colourways, placements, and print sampling.
- Coordinate with pattern masters and tailors for pattern making, garment construction, fittings, and sample development.
- Oversee sample creation from initial concept to final approved garment, ensuring design accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, embroiderers, printers, and sampling units for timely development.
- Calculate fabric consumption and material requirements for each sample garment.
- Prepare production handover details, including measurements, fabric consumption, trims, embroidery, prints, and construction specifications.
- Assist in fabric, colour, trim, and embellishment selection.
- Maintain design records, sample references, development status, and approvals.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Textile Design.
- Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, embroidery, prints, and fabrics.
- Understanding of fabric consumption calculations and garment measurements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW preferred.
- Valuable vendor coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable with hands-on sampling work.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on junior designer with a strong interest in ethnic wear, embroidery, print development, and garment sampling. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with masters and vendors, developing samples, calculating material consumption, and preparing accurate details for bulk production. Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
