Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support JCB Salons’ digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on campaign execution, WhatsApp marketing, lead generation and performance reporting. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand visibility, drive salon enquiries and support appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to support brand awareness, customer acquisition and salon bookings.

2. WhatsApp Marketing: Plan and coordinate WhatsApp campaigns for promotional offers, festive campaigns, new service launches and customer engagement.

3. Paid Marketing Support: Coordinate with digital marketing agencies on paid campaigns, creatives, audience targeting and campaign deliverables.

4. Content Coordination: Coordinate digital content, creatives and campaign assets with the internal marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

5. Lead Generation & Conversions: Support initiatives to generate enquiries, drive appointment bookings and improve customer conversions through digital channels.

6. Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, including reach, clicks, enquiries, conversions and cost metrics, and prepare regular reports.

7. Website & Digital Presence: Assist in updating website content, promotional banners, landing pages and other digital touchpoints as required.

8. Database Marketing: Support customer database segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns to improve engagement, repeat visits and retention.

Competitor Analysis: Track competitors’ digital marketing activities, offers and campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.

10. Agency & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
- Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical thinking and willingness to work with campaign performance data.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, paid advertising platforms, website content management or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a quick-paced marketing environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers with an interest in digital marketing may apply.
- Candidates with exposure to digital campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, lead generation, analytics or CRM activities will be preferred.
- An interest in the salon, beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
