Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company's digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating quality leads, managing social media platforms, supporting SEO and paid advertising campaigns, and tracking digital marketing performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and be comfortable working with data, content, social media, SEO, and online advertising platforms.

Qualification

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing. Freshers with strong practical knowledge, certifications, internships, or a demonstrable portfolio may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business and lead-generation targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.

2. Social Media Marketing

- Manage company social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators to develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and other digital content.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience growth.




- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

3. SEO & Website Management

- Implement basic On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic performance.

4. Paid Advertising / Performance Marketing

- Assist in planning and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROI.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

5. Content Marketing

- Develop ideas for blogs, social media posts, videos, reels, email campaigns, and website content.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Content Marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
