About We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who has experience working in a creative, digital, advertising or marketing agency.You will work across client accounts, internal creative teams and ongoing projects, helping make sure work moves smoothly and clients always know what is happening.

This role is for someone who is comfortable working with clients, understands how agency projects move from brief to delivery, and can keep communication, timelines and expectations on track.

Responsibilities

1. Managing day to day communication with clients
2. Understanding briefs and translating them clearly for internal teams
3. Coordinating with creative, strategy and production teams
4. Tracking timelines, deliverables and feedback
5. Preparing meeting notes, status updates and follow ups
6. Supporting presentations, proposals and account reviews
7. Helping manage multiple projects across different clients
8. Identifying additional opportunities within existing accounts
9.



Making sure feedback is captured properly and acted on

Skills Required
1. Previous experience working in an agency environment
2. Solid written and verbal communication
3. Comfortable speaking with clients and handling follow ups
4. Good organisation and project coordination skills
5. Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail
6. Basic understanding of creative, marketing or production workflows
7. Someone proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership
