We partner with top architects, project management consultancies (PMCs), and design-and-build firms to deliver state-of-the-art office spaces. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer to turn architectural floor plans into breathtaking, realistic 3D renderings.

Role Overview:As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-end photorealistic 3D interior renderings and walkthroughs of office spaces featuring our modular furniture catalog. You will collaborate closely with the design, project coordination, and business development teams to secure corporate project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Convert 2D AutoCAD floor plans, sketches, and design briefs into accurate, high-quality 3D models and interior spaces.

· Create photorealistic internal renderings of office layouts, executive cabins, conference rooms, cafeteria environments, and acoustic booth clusters.

· Apply textures, PBR materials, and physics-compliant lighting setups to accurately represent UBALPINE's actual product catalogue.





· Perform post-production on rendered images using Photoshop to finalize contrast, light correction, and aesthetic appeal.

· Maintain a well-organized internal library of 3D modular assets, furniture models, and material presets.

· Ensure timely execution of rendering projects to match strict B2B corporate client submission deadlines.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

· Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated 3D visualization experience, specifically working within modular furniture, commercial, or residential interior spaces.

· Software Mastery: In-depth knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Sketch Up, Lumion, or Unreal Engine is a strong plus.

· Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic lighting, accurate material textures, and accurate corporate indoor scaling is mandatory.

· Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to interpret technical design requests accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
