We are looking for an experienced Data & Research Operations Manager to lead and manage multiple research and data-processing teams through Team Leaders. The role will be responsible for data quality, research operations, team productivity, process governance, performance management, process improvement, automation and AI initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large operational teams, improving data accuracy and processing efficiency, establishing SOPs and quality controls, and working cross-functionally with Leadership, Product, Programming, Sales and Operations teams.

Data Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the organization's data strategy and operational roadmap.
- Establish and enforce data-quality standards, governance protocols, SOPs and controls.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, freshness, security and usability.
- Create standardized data definitions, structures, taxonomies and validation rules.
