Role & responsibilities

- Drive Managed Services, AMC & FMS sales across enterprise customers.

- Develop new business opportunities and acquire strategic accounts.

- Maintain and leverage strong OEM relationships for business development, joint pursuits and new opportunities.

- Build relationships with major IT OEMs, distributors, System Integrators and technology partners.

- Identify and manage RFP/RFQ, tender and proposal opportunities.

- Develop solutions, costing, pricing and commercial proposals.

- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

- Drive AMC renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Manage CXO-level customer relationships and strategic accounts.

- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.

- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams for successful execution.





- Achieve revenue, GM and profitability targets

Preferred candidate profile

- 1015 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Managed Services / AMC / FMS Sales.

- Robust OEM relationships with proven OEM-led business generation capability.

- Established network with Enterprise Customers, OEMs and System Integrators.

- Proven track record of new business development and large-value deal closures.

- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, AMC and FMS solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Candidates with solid Delhi NCR and/or Mumbai/Western India market exposure will be preferred.
