Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our showroom team at Gachibowli. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in jewellery sales. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain product designs, materials, features, pricing, and available options.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the billing team.




- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, new arrivals, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and showroom discipline.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in jewellery, retail sales, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
