HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery industry client based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in jewellery sales, strong customer-handling skills, and a good understanding of jewellery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer buying experience.
- Support the team in achieving overall store sales targets.
- Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, and products.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory.
- Prior experience in jewellery retail sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
