✓Johnson Electric Private Limited is inviting applications from motivated and enthusiastic candidates for Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) and Diploma Engineering Trainee (DET) positions at our manufacturing facilities in Chennai.

✓Selected candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, engineering activities, quality standards, and workplace safety. Candidates will work with experienced teams to develop their technical knowledge, improve their skills, and build a strong career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities,

1. Support daily production and manufacturing operations.
2. Assist in monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards.
3. Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
4. upport process improvement and productivity activities.
5. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
6. Maintain discipline, quality, and safety in the workplace.
7. Learn and follow company procedures and technical standards.

Qualifications,
1. GET: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) & Mechatronics.
2. ET: Diploma in any engineering discipline except Computer Science.

Experience: Freshers to 2 years.
1. Age Limit: 18–25 years.
2.



Gender: Male and female candidates are eligible.
3. Other District People First preference.
4. Salary: ₹23,300 gross per months.

Interview Details
1. Interview days: Monday to Friday.
2. Reporting time: Before 9:00 AM.
3. Work location: Thirumazhisai or Pillaipakkam.
