Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices and design patterns.

- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or Angular.

- Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and system integration.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following coding standards and best practices.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Support production deployments and resolve application issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java.





- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Proficiency in React.js or Angular for front-end development.

- Experience working with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.

- Good understanding of Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java 8+ features.

- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
