Monarch Softwares is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our development team as Java Full Stack Developers. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on web application development, learn industry-standard technologies, and contribute to real-time software projects under the guidance of experienced team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Java-based technologies.
- Work on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or Angular.
- Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Assist in integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.




- Collaborate with developers and team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and project discussions.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Basic understanding of web application development.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, or Angular is an added advantage.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on practical projects.
