About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer with robust expertise in Python, Generative AI, and cloud-native application development. The role involves building production-ready AI applications that combine LLMs, multi-agent systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with scalable backend services, responsive user interfaces, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications, integrating backend AI services with responsive user interfaces and operational dashboards.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and local model inference solutions.
- Develop scalable, asynchronous backend services and REST APIs using Python to support complex business logic, data ingestion, and real-time processing.
- Design, query, and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including complex SQL queries, multi-table joins, stored procedures, and data processing workflows.
- Develop intuitive frontend interfaces and dashboards using modern web development frameworks.
- Deploy and scale AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes,



ensuring reliability and efficient resource utilisation.
- Provision and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux-based environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring practices.
- Mentor junior developers, establish coding standards, and guide team members on AI frameworks and application architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in software engineering, AI application development, or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience integrating LLMs, local model pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
