Role Description The ITI Fresher role at Aniket Engineering is a full time, on-site position based in Vasai Virar. The role involves supporting daily production activities such as operating basic mechanical equipment, assisting in assembly and fabrication tasks, and following standard operating procedures on the shop floor. The individual will help with routine inspections of materials and finished products, maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation,
and report any issues to supervisors.
The role also includes learning to read basic technical instructions, working with senior technicians, and adhering to quality and safety guidelines set by the organization.
Qualifications
- Completed ITI in a relevant trade (such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar), with foundational knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, basic drawings, or process guidelines, and willingness to learn standard production procedures.
- Understanding of basic workplace safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to work in a manufacturing environment with adherence to quality standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required and capacity to stand for extended periods while performing shop-floor tasks.
