- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office systems, including PCs and printers, as and when issues arise.
- Visit outlets to resolve billing system issues and internet connectivity problems.
- Provide remote access support to outlets for troubleshooting and fixing software-related issues.
- Manage ERP software operations, including ledger creation and new item entry in the outlet main menu.
- Handle internal transfers, requisitions, purchase orders, material inward entries, and perform entry modifications or cancellations with proper documentation.
- Manage Tally data, including backups, data transfers, and repairs in case of data corruption.
- Provide off-hours technical support to both office and outlets during system or software issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
