? ERP Support Team (IN4 ERP)

– End-to-end support for ERP (IN4) across finance, operations, and project management modules

– Coordinate issue resolution, upgrades, user training, and vendor liaison

? Salesforce Support Team

– Manage CRM operations, customization, and integration with business workflows

– Ensure adoption across sales, leasing, and customer engagement teams

? IT Procurement Team

– Oversight of hardware/software procurement lifecycle — from requisition to delivery

– Vendor evaluation, purchase negotiation, and asset tracking

? IT Infrastructure & Support Team

– Network, server, end-user support, and site connectivity management

– Ensure uptime SLAs across head office and all project sites

? Software Development & Implementation Team

– Internal application development, third-party software implementation

– Real estate-specific solutions — property management, project tracking, digital portals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Management

? Lead, mentor, and manage specialized IT sub-teams ensuring high performance and accountability

? Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1 reviews, and cross-team syncs to align priorities

? Define individual and team KPIs; track performance and report to IT Head

? Build a collaborative and solutions-driven team culture across all IT functions

Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Discussions

? Represent IT in business discussions with department heads — Finance, Sales, Projects, and HR

? Participate in leadership meetings to present IT updates, risks, and roadmaps

? Act as a decision facilitator between business teams and IT sub-teams





? Leverage domain knowledge and expertise to bring long-term, business-aligned solutions to the table

IT Operations & Service Delivery

? Ensure seamless IT operations across head office, project sites, and remote locations

? Monitor service desk performance, escalations, and SLA adherence

? Drive ITSM best practices for incident, change, and problem management

? Oversee IT asset lifecycle — procurement to decommission

Projects, Implementation & Long-term Planning

? Drive IT projects from initiation to closure — on time, within scope and budget

? Manage software implementation projects in coordination with vendors and internal teams

? Develop IT roadmaps that support real estate business growth and site expansion

? Proactively identify technology gaps and propose scalable, future-ready solutions

Site & Infrastructure Oversight

? Coordinate IT readiness for new site launches — infrastructure, connectivity, and systems

? Manage multi-site IT support ensuring consistent service experience

? Liaise with infra vendors and ISPs for network provisioning and maintenance

? Handle IT requirements for business events, board reviews, and site visits

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field





? 8–10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role

? Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IN4 or similar), Salesforce CRM, and IT infrastructure

? Exposure to real estate or construction sector IT operations is strongly preferred

? Proven ability to manage multiple teams and handle competing priorities effectively

? Experience managing IT operations across multi-site or distributed environments

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

? ERP platforms (IN4 preferred), Salesforce CRM

? IT infrastructure: networking, servers, cloud, end-user computing

? IT procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations

? Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management

? ITSM tools and frameworks (ITIL awareness preferred)
