Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Support Executive who can resolve technical issues quickly and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The candidate should be capable of handling software, hardware, and network issues and coordinating with external agencies to get major issues resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues quickly.
- Coordinate with software agencies and external vendors to resolve major technical issues.
- Follow up with agencies until issues are fixed and business operations are restored.
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, software, and internet connectivity.
- Manage IT assets, system updates, and basic security checks.




- Minimize downtime through quick troubleshooting and effective problem-solving.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
- Knowledge of hardware, software troubleshooting, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- Solid problem-solving skills, urgency, and ownership of technical issues.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills to ensure quick resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
