Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Ensure antivirus updates, system security, and regular data backups.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain IT support tickets, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.




- Assist employees with IT-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow company IT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP).
- Experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, email configuration, and user account management.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Education & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Support or Desktop Support.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

- Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Able to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
- Robust troubleshooting and customer service skills.
