We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computers, printers, and software.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with network connectivity and system maintenance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
