Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to employees, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, software, and internet connectivity issues.

· Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.

· Manage official email accounts, user access, and passwords.

· Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and network connectivity.

· Manage IT assets, software licenses, and hardware maintenance records.

· Ensure regular data backups and basic cybersecurity.





· Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

· Provide technical support to employees and maintain IT issue records.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

· Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
