Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
- Robust experience with Salesforce, SAP, and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, event-driven architectures, MS Power Platform, Automation Anywhere).
- Good knowledge of LoB applications (e.g., ServiceNow, HCM, CMS, CLM) in commercial and operational domains.
- Expertise in cloud services (multi-provider, AI, cloud-native development).
- Experience with DevSecOps, SRE, and cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term needs and define multiple solution options.
- Familiarity with Business Analysis, Programme Management, and application development methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Demonstrable experience in project governance, leadership, and architecture team development.
