Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT contract staffing positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify the most qualified candidates.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Staffing/IT Staffing).

- Solid understanding of technical recruitment processes including RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
