Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and source candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Post job openings on Company’s Website, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, maintain recruitment records, Support employee joining formalities and documentation as required.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with routine office administration and day-to-day coordination when recruitment workload is low.
Requirements
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills with effective follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
