Responsibilities

- We re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us hire strong people across the technical side.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff.
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and talent databases
- Screen resumes and run initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data Coordinate interviews and give candidates timely feedback and updates




- Negotiate offers and handle salary discussions, within approved bands
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
- Support employer branding, campus hiring, and job fairs Follow equal prospect and data privacy practices throughout the process

Skills

- Strong expertise in Boolean Search, X-ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
