We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our IT recruitment team in Bengaluru. If you have strong sourcing skills, understand technical hiring, and enjoy connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
- Identify and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Handle niche technology hiring as well as volume recruitment requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communication,



offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and hiring trends.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Master's degree in HR, Management, IT, or a related field.
