Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an understanding of IT roles, and the ability to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Identify suitable candidates for technical roles such as software developers, Java developers, .NET developers, Python developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Meet recruitment targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and industry terminology.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Any graduate degree; HR or related qualifications are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may apply.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.

- Number of qualified candidates sourced and shortlisted.
- Interview scheduling and attendance rates.
- Time to fill open positions.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Recruitment target achievement.
- Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
