Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically qualified IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, networking, and overall technology operations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong technical educational background, hands-on IT infrastructure experience, leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing IT operations across multiple locations (PAN India).

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

- Manage overall IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, hardware, software, and end-user support.
- Ensure high availability of business-critical systems and minimize operational downtime.
- Manage IT assets across PAN India locations, including allocation, tracking, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure.

2. PAN India IT Support & Ticketing Management

- Manage and monitor the IT ticketing process across all company locations.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, service requests, and IT-related complaints.
- Establish escalation procedures and monitor ticket closure within defined timelines.
- Supervise the IT support team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

3. CCTV Surveillance & Cybersecurity

- Manage CCTV surveillance systems across corporate offices, factories, and other company locations.
- Ensure proper installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for CCTV upgrades, repairs,



and technical support.
- Maintain cybersecurity standards, firewalls, VPNs, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery systems.

4. ERP & IT Project Management

- Oversee ERP systems, enterprise applications, and database management.
- Lead IT projects involving system upgrades, ERP implementation, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify technology requirements and implement effective solutions.

5. Vendor Management & IT Procurement

- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and hardware procurement.
- Evaluate IT vendors and negotiate service contracts.
- Monitor AMC agreements, software renewals, and IT infrastructure expenses.

6. IT Governance & Team Leadership

- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, procedures, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT team.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization.
- Hands-on experience in PAN India IT Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of IT Ticketing Systems and Helpdesk Management.
- Good experience in CCTV Surveillance Management.
- Expertise in networking, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs,



and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience in backup management and disaster recovery.
- Strong vendor management, project management, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory) Candidates must possess a strong technical educational background with any of the following qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Science
- B.E. / B.Tech – Information Technology
- B.E. / B.Tech – Computer Engineering
- MCA – Master of Computer Applications

Key: Candidates from non-technical educational backgrounds will not be considered for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with strong hands-on technical expertise rather than purely administrative IT management experience.

Preferred Certifications

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or CISSP will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations Management.
- Technical educational qualification (B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Computer Engineering or MCA).
- Experience handling IT operations across multiple locations / PAN India.
- Hands-on experience in IT Asset Management and Ticketing Processes.
- Strong experience in CCTV Surveillance and Network Management.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven team management and vendor coordination experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
