Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and technical support. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

Manage users, access, MFA, security and endpoints.

Troubleshoot servers, networks, VPN, DNS and other IT issues.

Manage IT vendors, projects, migrations and infrastructure improvements.

Drive security, automation and IT modernization initiatives.

Maintain IT documentation, policies and processes.
