Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end LIS operations and configurations.

- Handle analyzer integrations using HL7/ASTM protocols.

- Ensure high system availability, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Manage LIS, servers, databases, and network infrastructure.

- Drive IT security, compliance, and audit readiness.

- Coordinate with vendors and lead technology projects.

- Support laboratory teams and optimize workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- LIS Administration & Configuration

- HL7 / ASTM Integration

- Middleware & Interface Management

- SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Windows Server & Network Management

- Healthcare IT / Diagnostics Domain

- NABL Compliance

- Vendor & Team Management

- Troubleshooting & Technical Support
