Support reliable day-to-day operation of servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, endpoints and managed IT environments.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and infrastructure services.
- Support network, firewall, DNS, DHCP, VPN and connectivity issues.
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, availability and backup operations.
- Support cloud and virtualization environments and infrastructure changes.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset information and operational procedures.
Preferred background
- 1-3 years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
