Role & responsibilities

- Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary

- Installation and troubleshooting of Client Operating Systems like 7,8,10 and MAC.

- Windows Server Administration (Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2).

- Windows Roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.

- Good knowledge and understanding of the Servers and Workstations infrastructure.

- Configuring and Installing of Network Printer, Scanning System, Antivirus, Network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP)

- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

- Troubleshooting operating system Problem and repair it.

- Fault finding to laptops and desktops

- Assemble & Disassemble the PCs, HDD Partition and Formatting, Software.

- Troubleshooting of Network Problems & Desktop Problems.

- Printer Networking & Sharing.





- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops

- Maintaining Inventory logs of all IT related devices

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.

- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong customer service orientation.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative workplace

Desired Candidate Profile

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred).

- Experience minimum 2 to 5 years
