Job Overview
We are seeking a technically capable IT Consultant to understand business technology requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions. The candidate should possess technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for IT-related issues.
- Assist with software, hardware, and system implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate their resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and technical teams.
- Recommend improvements to existing IT systems and processes.
- Support system maintenance and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant IT support, consulting, or technical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
