- Design and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on DRG (Diagnosis-Related Groups) coding, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
- Conduct workshops and webinars to educate physicians, coders, and other stakeholders on medical coding best practices.
- Develop educational materials such as presentations, handouts, and videos to support training initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in the field of medical coding or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis-Related Groups), ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals.
