Experince - 2 to 5 years

Qualification - M.Sc Chemistry

Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Involving in all activities regarding to shipment process for all FFS projwts and FTE programs by coordinating with all cross functional teams and PR&D.;
- Coordination with AR&D; team for collection of shipment samples and A TR.
- Maintaining the shipment tracker for all shipped targets based on client wise.
- Involving in Product stock maintenance Activities.
- Maintaining the packing material Coordinating and handling Shipment dispatch related activities.
- Maintenance of Compound Management/Resource Management Trackers.
- Communicating and sharing the Analytical Stability summary sheets to the Management Any other activities suggested by HOD of Program Management.
- Updating ongoing projectst status for the all PDMO project.




- Conducting Project Kick-off Meetings for all the Newly PDMO Projects and sharing the Minutes of the Meeting to the team.
- Involving in the Project Charter Preparation and readiness for the Kick-off meetings.
- Updating Of the Left-over stock maintenance data and Storage of materials under PGM.
- Any Other activities suggested by HOD of Program Management. Authorities.
- Creation of the current customer code in the Sci-sample software and providing the Authorization to the team.
- Coordination with SCIM/R&D; team for RM activities and other Analytical Outsourcing activities
