Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, results-driven Investor / Investment Partner to help scale our portfolio and fund upcoming hospitality acquisition and development projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in capital deployment, strategic financial planning, and cultivating key stakeholder relationships within the hospitality real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Capital Deployment & Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and secure investment opportunities aligned with our portfolio growth targets and yield expectations.
- Financial Modeling & Underwriting: Review and analyze financial models, asset valuations, market trends, and risk assessments for prospective hospitality projects.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build, maintain,



and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic financial partners.
- Asset Performance Oversight: Collaborate with our asset and project management teams to monitor the financial performance and capital expenditure (CapEx) of ongoing projects.
- Strategic Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, pitch sessions, and networking forums to drive brand awareness and secure investment commitments.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in real estate investment, private equity, venture capital, or hospitality asset management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with hotel operations, real estate development, hospitality finance, and valuation metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, NOI, IRR, Cash-on-Cash Return).
- Network: An established network of investors, family offices, or financial institutions interested in hospitality assets is a strong plus.
- Skills: Excellent financial acumen, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and clear written/verbal communication.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and deeply aligned with our vision for sustainable growth in the hospitality sector.
