Role Description The Investment Banking Analyst role is a full-time, remote position supporting the financial and analytical backbone of India’s Future Investors. The analyst will build and maintain detailed financial models related to show concepts, participants’ decisions, and potential investment scenarios featured in the program. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and company research, performing due diligence on potential partners or financial narratives, and preparing analysis and presentations to support content and strategic decisions.

The role requires close collaboration with producers, finance professionals,



and other stakeholders to translate complex investment banking insights into clear, engaging stories and decision frameworks. The analyst will also contribute to risk assessments, valuation work, and scenario analysis that shape both on-screen challenges and off-screen financial planning.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in finance and investment banking, with practical knowledge of capital markets, valuation, and transaction structures.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills, including building forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivity models in Excel or similar tools.
- Experience conducting due diligence, such as reviewing financial statements, assessing business models, and evaluating risk and return profiles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, media-focused setting.
- Comfort working remotely, with proven ability to collaborate across teams and time zones using digital tools.
- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or financial consulting is preferred; interest in entertainment or media is a plus.
