Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Executive to manage stock records, monitor inventory movements, maintain accurate system entries, and coordinate with stores, warehouse, and the Accounts Department to ensure proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system.
- Monitor stock receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Verify stock quantities against invoices, delivery notes, and transfer bills.
- Coordinate inter-branch stock transfers and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Coordinate with store managers and warehouse staff to resolve stock mismatches.
- Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and approved.
- Assist in stock audits and investigate inventory variances.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock movements.
- Prepare Excel reports using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other relevant functions.
- Support management in stock planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure inventory data accuracy and timely reporting to management.

Required Qualifications




- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail stock control preferred.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.

- Inventory record accuracy.
- Timely completion of stock reconciliation.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and losses.
- Timely submission of inventory reports.
- Compliance with stock transfer and documentation procedures.
- Accuracy of stock inward and outward entries.

Preferred Candidate A disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented candidate who can maintain accurate stock records, coordinate effectively with multiple branches, and ensure transparency in inventory operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
