Phitech Solutions is a Nashik-based company providing high-voltage testing equipment, GIS/AIS repair and maintenance, and SF6 gas services to utilities, manufacturers and laboratories in India and overseas. With 16+ years of field experience and 75+ clients, we are building a strong operations team.

About the Role

You will manage the full material cycle at Phitech: buying, receiving, storing, issuing, dispatching and recording. You will make sure the right spare part, tool or gas cylinder is available when a project needs it, and that our records match what is on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities

Stores and stock control

Receive material, check it against purchase orders and invoices, and report damage or shortages immediately

Store items with proper labels and locations, following safe storage rules for gas cylinders and electrical equipment

¢ Issue material against job requests and record every issue and return

¢ Set and monitor minimum and reorder levels for spares and consumables

¢ Run regular cycle counts and support the yearly physical audit

Purchase and imports

¢ Raise purchase orders based on stock levels and project needs

¢ Collect quotations, compare prices and follow up with suppliers and OEMs





¢ Coordinate overseas orders with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs agents

¢ Track shipments and keep project teams informed about arrival dates

Dispatch and site tools

¢ Prepare dispatch documents: invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan and packing list

¢ Arrange transport and secure packing for equipment sent to client sites

¢ Track tools, tackles and SF6 cylinders sent to site and returned, including calibration due dates

Records and reporting

¢ Update stock entries in the ERP or inventory software on the same day

¢ Reconcile system stock with physical stock and flag differences

¢ Prepare monthly reports on stock value, shortages, slow-moving items and consumption

¢ Keep documents ready for GST, audits and customer requirements

Required Skills

¢ Knowledge of inventory methods such as FIFO, ABC analysis and reorder levels

¢ Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, SAP B1 or similar software, and good Excel skills

¢ Understanding of GST invoicing and e-way bills

¢ Basic knowledge of purchase procedures and import documentation

¢ Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi

¢ Honest, careful and organised working style
