HR Intern (Hotel Industry / Hospitality Sector)

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Mumbai. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to get a 360-degree view of HR operations—from recruitment to employee engagement—this is the perfect place to start your career!

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Engagement: Brainstorm and execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
- Onboarding Support: Give our new joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, induction schedules, and uniform allocations.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee databases,



update attendance files, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
