We are hiring candidates for the position of Associate International Non-Voice Customer Support. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer queries through Chat and Email.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Assist customers with product/service features, usage, and updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Both Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience preferred for experienced candidates.
- Candidates with International Voice, Semi-Voice, or Non-Voice experience are eligible.
- Good English communication skills, including written communication and comprehension.
- Willingness to work in Rotational shifts (24/7)
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age criteria: Below 34 Years
- Should not have any absconding history

Salary Package:

- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- B.E./B.Tech Graduates: Up to 4 LPA
- Experience:
- International BPO Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA, based on previous CTC and relevant experience.
- Content Moderation Experience: Up to 5.8 LPA (Min 1 year)

Work Schedule:

- 5 days working with 2 days off.
- Rotational shifts.
- Predominantly night shifts.

Transportation:





- One-way cab facility available within a 25 KM radius.
