Job Summary

We are looking for confident and target-oriented International Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with international prospects, understanding their requirements, explaining MantraComply's services, and converting potential leads into customers.

Candidates with experience in international BPOs, healthcare recruitment, international telesales, sales, or customer service will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling international calls, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international prospects and potential customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with interested leads.
- Explain MantraComply's services and communicate their value to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable service opportunities.
- Generate interest, qualify prospects, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and emails.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and service-related inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience handling international calls, preferably with US, UK, or other global markets.
- Strong telesales, customer handling, and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage objections and close sales.
- Positive listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, call management systems, and email communication.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and night shifts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in international BPO, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Candidates from healthcare BPOs, healthcare recruitment, medical staffing, healthcare sales, or international customer support backgrounds will be preferred.
- Experience handling international clients and outbound sales calls will be an added advantage.
