Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international customers, importers, distributors.

- Handle international sales and marketing of automotive parts, motorcycle spare parts, tyres, tubes, and related products.

- Generate export enquiries through email marketing, online platforms, and customer follow-ups.

- Communicate with overseas customers, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Assist in export documentation and shipping documents.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth order processing and timely shipments.

- Follow up on pending payments and maintain customer and sales records.

- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and support international business expansion.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

- 13 years of experience in international marketing, export sales, or import-export operations preferred.

- Experience in automotive parts, motorcycle spare parts, tyres, tubes,



or related trading businesses will be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and export procedures.

- Excellent English communication, email drafting, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and internet-based business platforms.

- Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

- Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign languages will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in international business may also apply.
