Working Days: 5 Days Working / 2 Rotational Offs
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice / Customer Support
- Excellent English communication skills (Fluent)
- Knowledge of International BPO process
- Willing to work from office in Pune and in night shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Role:
- Handling international customers over calls (Voice Process)
- Resolving queries and providing product/service information
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and call quality
- Updating CRM and following SOPs
