Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries via chat, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' queries through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies while interacting with customers.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.

- Robust English language skills for effective communication with customers worldwide.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
