Responsibilities:-

- International Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients across the USA, UK, and Europe, including business owners, CPA firms, accounting firms, and finance decision-makers.
- Promote Accounting, Bookkeeping & Tax Outsourcing Services: Market outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation and tax support, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and other finance back-office services.
- Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Work on company-provided leads and identify new prospects, conduct skilled sales calls, understand client requirements, explain the benefits of offshore outsourcing, and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and online meetings, present service offerings,



address client concerns, handle objections, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, close sales deals, and establish long-term business relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor the sales pipeline, and work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
