Position Overview-

We are seeking highly skilled, drive-oriented audit professionals will bring robust analytical rigor, an objective perspective, and a robust background in risk management and operational controls within manufacturing environments. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, strategic alignment, and independence.

Statutory Audit

- Lead and coordinate annual statutory audits with external auditors.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
- Facilitate audit queries and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Review financial statements, notes to accounts, and disclosures for compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain information required for audits.
- Track implementation of audit recommendations and internal control improvements.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules.
- Coordinate filing of statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with ROC and other regulatory authorities.




- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
- Liaise with Company Secretaries, Auditors, Tax Consultants, and Regulatory Authorities.
- Support Board and Committee meetings by providing compliance-related information.
- Ensure maintenance of statutory records, registers, and documentation.

Financial Compliance & Reporting

- Assist in preparation and finalization of annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards / Ind AS, as applicable.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Review contracts and transactions from a compliance perspective.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulatory requirements and advise management accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- CA
- 1-3 years of experience in statutory audit, financial reporting, and corporate compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards, ROC compliances, and audit processes.
- Experience in handling statutory auditors and regulatory filings.
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP S4/Hana
