Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
- Document workflows, processes, and functional requirements clearly.
- Assist in preparing requirement specifications and solution proposals.
- Support the technical team during software configuration and customisation.
- Participate in client meetings, demos,
and training sessions.
- Research industry practices and suggest improvements for ERP implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and issue tracking
Required Skills
- Should have a Business Degree (B.com/BBA/ MBA/ M.com)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse business problems and propose process improvements.
- Positive documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to learn (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning.
- Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and presentation tools
