Requirements: Hardworking, responsible, and self-motivated. Must be ready to take ownership and work independently. Comfortable with fieldwork and regular site visits. Prior experience in interior site supervision preferred. We need someone who takes initiative, accepts responsibility, and gets the job done without constant supervision.
