Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Execution Company: Livstudio Interiors Location: Sector 104, Noida, NCR Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job DescriptionLivstudio Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee residential interior execution projects from site commencement to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for timely project completion, quality control, site coordination, and execution as per approved designs and budgets. Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete site execution from start to final handover.

Plan and monitor daily site activities and project timelines. Coordinate site supervisors, contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

Coordinate with the design team for clarifications and site changes. Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and consumption.



Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards. Resolve site issues and prevent project delays.

Manage manpower, vendors, and client coordination. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline. Share regular progress reports with management. Ensure timely completion, snagging, and final handover.

RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in interior execution or residential interior projects. Strong knowledge of civil, carpentry, modular, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and finishing works. Ability to read and understand interior drawings.

Strong vendor, manpower, and site coordination skills. Valuable communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
